Shipping and returns
- If you wish to add to a existing order you must call or email so we can add it, if you place a separate order we will not combine them, they are 2 separate transaction which will get 2 separate tracking numbers, its the only way we can keep track of the items shipped.
- All orders over $250.00 ship standard ground free to the lower 48 states. Fenders, engines and wheels/tires are excluded from free shipping. Over sized item shipping charges will apply.
- All package come with up to $100.00 in insurance if additional insurance is required please email or contact us asap so we can adjust shipping cost
- Engines ship from manufacture, wheel/tires, and fenders ship flat rate
- Orders usually ship within 2-5 business days. Saturday and Sunday are not business days
- You have 24hrs from the time you place your order to make any changes after 24hrs the order is final.
- All orders shipped to a California address will be charge 8.25% sales tax.
- All orders ship complete. If we do not have an item in stock, the entire order is held. We can split the shipment for an additional shipping fee. We will do our best to let you know when something is not is stock. We usually have items back in stock within 2-5 business days
- Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Smaller items and orders also can ship USPS Priority or First-class mail. If you have a preferred shipping method let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- As we cannot guarantee all items will be in stock, or even available from the supplier at all times, please plan ahead when ordering. Remember, poor planning on your part, does not constitute an emergency on ours.
- There are two different ATC70 Models, the 73-74 model years, and the 78-85 model years. There is also the 4-wheeler TRX70, made in 86 & 87. While there are parts on these do interchange, many do not. Please be sure to know what model you have when ordering to ensure you receive the proper part.
- In the event that a custom item we build such as cables, foot pegs, shifters, footbrakes fail due to manufacture defect within 30 days we will replace the item at no charge, after 30 days we will fix the defected item for free but the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping .
- You must call or email the shop prior to any returns or exchange. If you fail to do so you will not be issued a refund until you make contact we will not reach out to you.
- Items must be returned in original packaging(when available) and in new condition. Used or open items receive a 10-20% restocking/refurbishing fee.
- Engine returns will have a 10% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the engine back.
- There are no returns on electrical items.
- Crate Engines / Carburetors: Sold as is with no warranty whatsoever. DOA or defective motors or carburetors must be reported and returned within 14 days. WE WILL NOT PAY RETURN SHIPPING. We will inspect, then repair or replace (at our option) clear defects. If the problem is not clearly a defect and could be the result of misuse, it will not be repaired or replaced.
- If you need to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days from when you receive the items for a full refund. After 14 days you will be issued a store credit in form of a digital gift card. No returns will be excepted after 30 days of receiving the items.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on returns, unless it was a defective/broke item or wrong item shipped then we will cover shipping,
- Shipping charges are not refundable. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- All orders places from outside of the United States will need to be emailed over to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- There may be additional unforeseen customs, duties, taxes or import charges added to the package(s) by the shipping service or the destination country. The receiver is responsible for all additional charges.
